Have you wondered about self-publishing a memoir or tracking down a literary agent? Or maybe you’d just like to learn more about the writing community here in Spokane? Local novelist Sharma Shields\, our new Writing Education Specialist\, is available to address your writing inquiries. While it’s possible there might be one-on-one time with Sharma\, this session encourages group discussion so that writers can converse with and learn from one another. All ages are welcome. \nJoin us January 22-28 for Library Learning Week! Learn a new skill\, find a new hobby\, work your entrepreneurial muscles\, and build community! This week is all about learning something new so that you can be your best self. \nBy attending library programs\, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our locations that may be used in promotional materials including social media. \nWe strive to make events welcoming for people of all abilities.
