There will be time for Q&amp;A following Dr. Bergland&#8217;s presentation. \u00a0 This is an important opportunity for faculty to provide input into the future of assessment and accreditation on our campus.<\/p>\n<p>The Director of Assessment and Accreditation will, among other things, be responsible for facilitating and supporting engagement by university, college and program leadership in regular, systematic participatory, self-reflective, and evidence-based assessment of its accomplishments and challenges. S\/he\u00a0will also ensure assessments and results of assessments of programs and services are based on meaningful institutionally identified indicators of achievement, used for improvement by forming planning, decision making and allocation of resources and capacity, and made available to appropriate constituencies in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<p>Please mark your calendar for the next two candidate presentations on May\u00a012\u00a0and May\u00a016.
