To request or remodel a space on campus - submit a Customer Service Request
When completing the form:
- Select the Request Type of ‘Remodel/Modifications/Construction'
- Provide a brief overview of the request in the ‘Description’ field
- Add a more comprehensive explanation in the ‘Additional Information’ field
After your request is submitted you will receive an automated email. If you have any sketches or additional information you would like us to review, simply attach and reply to the email. This will begin the review process. You will be contacted should additional information or clarification is needed.
