The project goals include increasing the seating capacity to 15\,000 open-air seats\, expanding the donor suite building to accommodate up to 600 guests\, providing new restrooms and concessions\, and creating a perimeter security enclosure to the entire complex. \nScope of Service:\nPre-design services are to be completed by December 21\, 2018 and shall include the development of an overall architectural/functional plan\, a phased construction schedule\, cost estimates for each phase\, and conceptual 3-D drawings and animation of each phase to be used for fund raising. Follow-on design services for any and all construction phases will be negotiated later as they will be dependent upon the success of fundraising efforts. The project’s MACC is to be determined based upon the outcome of the pre-design study.
