We host many non-university events throughout the year. Let our Professional Event Planning team help to facilitate your next corporate party, wedding, summer camp, or training seminar. We collaborate with a variety of campus resources and outside vendors to facilitate events which meet your specific needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

If you are interested in booking an event at EWU, please:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. If your interested in booking an event, please fill out the Event Request Form.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Follow the instructions on the form for quick and easy scheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Submit your request as soon as possible in advance of your event to ensure enough time for processing and scheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Upon successful submission, a confirmation number will be assigned and returned via e-mail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Please let us know of changes or cancellation as soon as possible <\/strong>prior to your event as we must coordinate with multiple support services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

    Payment Information:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • For individuals and off-campus businesses, full payment of the estimated charge is due three business days prior to your event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Payments must be made by cash, check, or credit card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any additional or remaining charges will be billed following the event, and payment is due within 30 days of invoicing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
