This learning log is designed to help you track your progress as you work toward earning your 'Doing the Work' placard.\r\n\r\nEach DEI-endorsed event or activity you participate in counts as 1 unit of Equity Development Units (EDUs). To complete the program, you must accumulate a total of 6 Equity Development Units within the fiscal year.\r\n\r\nUpon completing the 6 EDUs, you will receive your 'Doing the Work' placard, be recognized in a special ceremony in the fall, and earn an electronic badge that you can add to your email signature.\r\n\r\nTracking your progress is based on the honor system. We trust you to log your participation honestly and accurately.
