If your job involves working outside make sure you know the hazards and stay safe.<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay hydrated with warm drinks. Sweet drinks will help with the extra energy you use when working outside, stay away from caffeine and alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>Dress for the weather. Dress in layers and make sure the outer layer waterproof. A hat is important to keep in your body heat.
