DESCRIPTION:Hearing conservation is covered by WAC 296-817. This is required for anyone who works in loud environments or with loud equipment. \nHeat Stress is required annually for employees who work outside during the summer months (WAC 296-62-095). This training covers the dangers and symptoms of heat-related illnesses\, work practices to prevent illness from occurring\, and emergency response if a heat-related illness occurs. \nThe Wildfire Smoke emergency rule provides protection for personnel working outdoors for more than one hour who may be reasonably expected to be exposed to wildfire smoke.  \n
