If a link is not working, please follow these steps:
- Check that the correct link was entered. If the correct link was entered, refresh the page.
- Try an alternate browser (Mozilla, Safari, Chrome and Internet Explorer are recommended).
- If accessing a form from a mobile device, check signal strength.
If you are still unable to access a form, please contact a site administrator (Technical Support).
When you would like to return to a form to complete and submit at a later time, scroll to the bottom of a form page and select the text reading “Save and Continue Later.” You will be prompted to provide your email and a copy of the link will be sent to your email account. The link is active for 30 days.
A copy of all saved forms and links to access them are also stored by site administrators to ensure accessibility.
If you do not receive an email containing a Save and Continue Link or a copy of your submitted form, please contact a site administrator and request a copy. You will be asked to provide your name and the form title.
