What is Eagle Flex?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Eagle Flex is a prepaid account that works like a debit card. Use your EagleCard to spend your Flex at participating merchants on and off campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Do I Know if I Have EagleFlex?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You have Eagle Flex if you live in one of the resident halls with your meal plan or If you have purchased the commuter meal plan. Or if you had any remaining A la Carte balance remaining from last quarter. The remaining A la Carte balance will be automatically converted to Eagle Flex at a 75% value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Base meal plan $100 \/ Quarter
Upgraded meal plan $150 \/ Quarter
Commuter meal plan $25 \/ Quarter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Do I Get More Eagle Flex?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. Over the phone<\/strong>
To make a deposit with your Visa or MasterCard over the phone, contact our office staff at (509) 359-6184. Please have your credit card information ready, as well as your\/the student’s NetID<\/strong> or Student ID Number<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. In-person at the EagleCard Office<\/strong>
120 Tawanka Hall \u0003Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. At our PHIL machine.<\/strong>
Make cash deposits at our PHIL machine location: Tawanka Hall first floor across from the EagleCard Office. You can also use the PHIL machine to check your current account balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Online through My<\/strong> EagleCard Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Any remaining A la Carte balance remaining from last quarter will be automatically converted to Eagle Flex at a 75% value.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
