No, your newest EagleCard is your only valid card. You cannot use both or go back to an old card if you lose your current one. This is a security feature built into our system for the protection of our card holders and cannot be overridden.
Currently, students in Spokane must request an EagleCard from the main EWU campus in Cheney. Students can find updated EagleCard procedures due to COVID-19 here.
You may use your EagleCard at the Riverpoint and SIRTI computer labs.
You can also use your EagleCard as a bus pass on any Spokane Transit Authority (STA) route. For more information on this program, please see Card Services.
Your EagleCard does not store personal information like your social security number or date of birth.
Your EWU student ID number is programmed into the magnetic strip for official University use only.
Meal plans are not stored on the card itself, but you must use your card to access your meal plan account.
If your card is not letting you into your dorm, please contact the Housing office and they can reprogram it for you.
