Plan 2B Information

Plan 2B - For Credit and Certification

Plan 2B is ideal for candidates who intend to obtain a Washington State CTE teaching certificate. Coursework is completed for credit. Plan 2B is also available to candidates who currently hold a conditional CTE certificate or those who come from business and industry and are planning to make a career change.

Students will follow a cohort model. New cohorts begin each quarter, however it is important to note that the practicum cannot be completed during Summer quarter. Students will have the option to complete the program on a full-time (one academic year) or part-time (two academic years) basis. Management of the practicum and portfolio will be offered every year fall and spring quarters.
