Craft Beer Appreciation
If you are a burgeoning craft beer enthusiast, work in the restaurant industry or retail sales, we are offering a course for you! The course provides a solid introduction to the world of craft beer including beer history, styles, origin, color, ingredients, the brewing process, beer service, glassware and taste.

Learn to Skate
Are you a beginner or intermediate ice skater? Do you want to improve your skating skills? Join us for our six-week ice skating course! In the course, you will learn tips, tricks and basic movements on the ice.

Diversity Certificate
By combining research and analysis from the fields of American history, intercultural communication, sociology and psychology, students will examine insightful dimensions and consequences of how and why we communicate and interact with others the way in which we do, taking into account critical aspects of contrasting histories, cultures, worldviews, power/oppression dynamics as well as the myriad of factors that mold who we are, individually and collectively, based on our lived experiences.
