Add Section

All schedules are created, edited and approved through CLSS. You can login with your EWU SSO.

Scheduling Instructions

Access Instances by logging into CLSS to make changes to schedules.

Instances (Terms) in CLSS

Find the Scheduling Unit you have permission to edit.

Double-click course to display Sections.

To add a new section of course, select the green plus. In order to save section, Max Enrollment and Room fields MUST be completed.

Submitting Schedules for Approval

Design Mode: Changes in this phase can be submitted by selecting the Validation button in the tools menu.

Refine Mode: Changes in this phase can be submitted by saving a section and selecting Start Workflow button.

Changes for Sections in Workflow

Changes to a section in the workflow should be made by an Approver by either the Rollback or Edit functions.
