Washington State COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements:
The Governor recently made official Proclamation 21-14 (Vaccination Requirement) requiring healthcare organizations to only allow workforce members into health care settings when they are fully vaccinated with a COVID vaccine that has received either emergency use authorization or approval by the FDA. The proclamation is expanded to include all employees, on-site contractors and on-site volunteers at all public and private K-12 schools, public and private 2- and 4-year institutions of higher education, and early learning and child care programs serving children from multiple households. The Governor’s COVID-19 vaccine proclamation is Washington state law, and it is enforceable. You may read the proclamation here.
