If you are considering suicide, please consult with a professional counselor at Counseling and Psychological Services (509) 359-2366. Telehealth walk-in hours at CAPS are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

If you are concerned for the well-being of a student, please complete an online iCare form, so that a member of the team can reach out to the student if needed. If you are a student needing support or resources from the Student Care Team, please submit your information using the Student Intake Form. The Student Care Team is not intended to serve as first-responders to emergencies – if you need immediate assistance, please contact University Police at 9-1-1 or (509) 359-7676.
Student Care Team staff will also respond to phone messages within 1 business day via phone or email (509-359-7924 or firstname.lastname@example.org). For students, to ensure that we assist you effectively, please make sure you clearly identify your first and last name, your student ID number, and your eagle email address when leaving either a voice or e-mail message.
