Student Workshop Series

Thursdays, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., CAPS offers a variety of workshops for students and other members of the EWU community (workshop locations vary). FREE PIZZA provided to participating students...first come, first serve! Persons with special needs may make arrangements for accommodations by calling CAPS three business days before the scheduled event at 509-359-2366.

Have you ever thought that you passed a test because of luck? Or you will not get a job because you are not smart like the other applicants? If the answer is yes, you might have experienced Imposter Syndrome (IS). This workshop, co-designed by the Career Center and CAPS, will teach you to notice the signs of Imposter Syndrome and develop techniques to feel more competent in your day-to-day life.
