EWU requires the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) immunization<\/a> for students and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For information about exemptions, please see the FAQs below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students in certain programs may have additional immunization requirements. Please contact your specific department program for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All documentation for students, including exemptions, is uploaded to Med+Proctor <\/a>using your EWU SSO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

All documentation for staff\/faculty, including exemptions, is now recorded by the Human Resources Office<\/a><\/strong>. Records should be submitted to Human Resources in Showalter Hall 314<\/strong>.
