Washington University with extensive experience in education, leadership, and public service. A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of the University of Alaska, he spent his career in the Anchorage School District as a high school economics teacher and held leadership roles including Social Studies Department Chair, Economics Curriculum Committee Co-Chair, Athletic Director, and union president. He also served on the Anchorage Cops for Community Board and as a Public Education Health Trustee. Tom brings strong expertise in personal finance and a passion for student success to his role leading EWU\u2019s Financial Wellness Program.
