What’s Needed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

EWU requires the measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) immunization<\/span><\/a> for students and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For information about exemptions, please see the FAQs below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Students in certain programs may have additional immunization requirements. Please contact your specific department program for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All documentation for students, including exemptions, is uploaded to Med+Proctor<\/a><\/span> using your EWU SSO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n

Fines<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Did you receive a fine for not submitting your immunization document(s)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please contact the Student Rights & Responsibilities Office<\/span><\/a><\/strong> or visit their MMR Non-Compliance<\/span><\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>page for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Counseling & Wellness Services does not issue fines and does not have the ability to lift fines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MMR Immunity Verification<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

If you were born on or after January 1, 1957, proof of MMR immunity for students means you are able to provide documentation that shows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
