Work/Life Services

Over the past months many of us have been struggling with our relationships, whether we have been cooped up with the same people for many months, or have been home alone with very little outside contact, or have had experiences that those around us don’t understand, or have had challenging conflicts come up, or have had something else happen that has been hard or painful. If you’ve been struggling, know that our EAP can help you find ways to develop healthier relationships at home and at work, at *no charge* to you and adult family members in your household. You can reach out to get connected with a counselor by contacting EAP at 1-877-313-4455 or online. In addition, you can find resources to help you develop more fulfilling relationships through the Work/Life Resources portal, such as the webinar “Building Healthy and Happy Relationships” which is available beginning Tuesday, June 15. Just login by using our Organization Code EWU.

And, if you’re looking for additional support — for yourself or for someone you care about — don’t hesitate to reach out to the EAP at 1-877-313-4455 or online.
