The 22nd annual Student Research and Creative Works Symposium is May 14 and 15.
Students Must Show Proof of MMR Immunity Under New Policy
To help protect the EWU community from a potential measles, mumps or rubella outbreak, all students will be required to show verification of their MMR immunity before winter quarter.
Outstanding Alumni to be Honored at Awards Gala
In celebration of outstanding alumni, The Eastern Washington University Alumni Association will host the 2019 EWU Alumni Awards Gala on May 17. Five distinguished individuals will be recognized for the impactful contributions they make to their communities.
In Memoriam: Kathleen Christiansen
EWU has been notified of the death of retiree Kathleen Christiansen, who passed away Sunday, April 5. Christiansen had just retired from Eastern on Feb. 1 from Custodial Services after 19 years with the university. Services will be held at a later date. More
Passing of Don Killin
Eastern Washington University is saddened to report the passing of long-time employee Don Killin on March 20. Don had worked in Custodial Services since October 1994 and is dearly missed by family and coworkers.
